We are located over in Gaziabad at Flat No 305 in Gaur Enclave-II. It is part of the Shalimar Garden Extension-II area. If you know the neighborhood, it is a pretty residential spot, which makes it a bit quieter than the main city center most of the time. Catapult Managemnt Resources Pvt Ltd is basically run out of this flat. It’s not a huge corporate building with a glass front, just a regular space where we do our management resource work. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to people coming in and out for meetings throughout the week. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving and healthy. The desk setup is pretty basic, just what we need to get the daily tasks handled. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at resumes. It’s mostly about matching people up with what they need. We don't have any flashy signs outside, you just have to look for the flat number on the door. Working from Shalimar Garden is convenient for most of us since we live nearby. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one wears suits unless there's a really big meeting, which doesn't happen every day. We just focus on the folders and the emails. It gets the job done without much fuss. The traffic outside can be noisy in the mornings, but we've gotten used to it after all these years of working from this spot.
