We are situated directly opposite the new bus stand, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside. It’s a good location because people can just hop off a bus and come see us. We’ve been in this complex for several years now. Our office isn't very fancy. We have some old desks and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. We spend our days talking to people about their careers and what they want to do next. It’s a lot of listening and looking through job listings. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just think people deserve a bit of help when they are trying to find work. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer heat. We aren't some high-priced consultancy firm. We are just local people who know the local job market. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting, and other times it’s just us. We drink far too much coffee to stay awake during the slow hours.
