We are Bongsome Food Llp. We set up our shop over at Crossing Republik in Ghaziabad, specifically at B-153 in the Nest. Most people know the area near NH-24, it gets pretty busy around here. We just handle food stuff every day. It started because we wanted to have something of our own in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Dealing with food isn't always easy, there is a lot of cleaning and prep work that goes on behind the scenes that nobody really sees. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready before the rush starts. The location at the Nest is decent, we've been here for a bit now. Sometimes the traffic on the highway makes it hard for deliveries to get through on time but we manage. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. It's just a few of us working together to keep the place running. We do our own inventory and talk to the local suppliers ourselves. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Ghaziabad and it affects how we store things, so we have to be careful. We just try to get the work done and go home at the end of the day. If you live around the 201016 area, you might have passed by our spot. We don't have fancy signs or a big marketing budget. It is just a food business doing what food businesses do. We keep it simple and focus on the daily tasks.
