Bombay Saree Centre

You can find Bombay Saree Centre at number 14 in Turab Nagar. This market is always packed with people moving around and looking for deals. Our shop is one of many along this stretch of the street. It is a small space, so things can get a bit tight and cramped when there are more than three or four people inside at once. We carry a lot of different sarees in various materials. Most of the time, we are just busy organizing the shelves because things get moved around a lot during the day. Turab Nagar has its own vibe, very loud and energetic. We’ve become used to the noise over the years. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place where you can find a saree for a decent price. The lights in the shop are a bit too bright sometimes, but it helps people see the actual colors clearly. We don't have a website or any social media. People just walk in off the street. Some days the heat is a bit much, but the old fans keep things moving. Bombay Saree Centre has been part of this street for quite a while now. We know the other shopkeepers around here well. It’s a tight-knit community in Turab Nagar. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. It’s a long day, but it’s what we do. Nothing more to it than that. Just a shop at number 14 selling sarees to whoever needs one.
