Rivaaz.

Rivaaz. is located at LGF-5 in the Gaur Gravity building in Vaishali Sector 4. Being on the lower ground floor means we are tucked away a bit, but we are right opposite the Chandra Laxmi hospital. This makes it a busy area in Ghaziabad, 201010. We see a lot of people who are visiting the hospital or working in the nearby offices. It’s not a very big place. We have some tables set up for people who want to eat quickly. It can get a bit stuffy in the basement level sometimes, so we make sure the air conditioning is running. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just wanted to open a place in Vaishali where people could get a meal without spending too much. The sign says Rivaaz. with a little dot at the end, which is just how we did it. We do all the work ourselves, from the shopping to the cooking. Sometimes the floor gets a bit scuffed from all the shoes, but we mop it every night after we close. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel or anything fancy like that. We are just a local shop in a shopping complex. Most of our customers come from the apartments around here. It's a loud, busy neighborhood, and we are just a small part of it. We just keep our heads down and do our work every day. That's about it for us.
