Operating out of Site 2 in the Mohan Nagar industrial area is a lot of work. Being located at 3/32 on Loni Road means we are always surrounded by the sounds of traffic and other businesses. Bhagwan Vankateshwara Breads & Drinks Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while, and the building shows its age a bit. We do not mind that because it serves its purpose for baking bread and handling drinks. Every morning starts very early for us before the sun even comes up. You can usually smell the fresh bread being prepared if you are walking by at that time. Later in the day, the focus shifts to the drink side of things. It is a busy environment where everyone has a specific job to do. We are not a corporate office with people in suits; we are just workers in aprons or plain clothes. The floors are made of concrete and the machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once. We know all the delivery drivers by name and they know exactly where to park on Loni Road. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. It is not always an easy job, but it is what we do. We do not have a fancy lobby for visitors because we are mostly focused on the production area. It is just a regular place in Mohan Nagar where people work hard.
