Bal Bharati Public School

Our school is tucked away in the Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, right in Indraprasth Yojna. It’s an interesting spot because you have all these factories and warehouses nearby, and then there’s us. You can usually hear the hum of the city in the background throughout the day. The building itself has been part of this Ghaziabad neighborhood for a long time. We have a lot of stairs, and the hallways get pretty loud during the breaks between classes. Sometimes the water cooler makes a funny noise, or we have to call someone to fix a fan in one of the back rooms. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we need. The morning assembly is usually when things feel the most organized before the chaos of the day takes over. We see the same faces every morning at the gate, mostly parents dropping off their kids on scooters or local rickshaws. The dust from the industrial area settles on the windows pretty fast, so we’re always cleaning something. The staff room is where we sit and talk about our own kids or what’s for lunch. It gets really hot in the summer months, and everyone just waits for the bell to ring at the end of the day. It’s a plain, hardworking kind of place where we just get on with things.
