Bachpan Play School

You can find Bachpan Play School at Plot No. 1303 in Vasundhara Sector 3. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit more tucked away than the main roads in Ghaziabad. Since we work with younger kids, the atmosphere is usually full of energy and a fair amount of shouting. The rooms are filled with colorful mats, small chairs, and plenty of toys that seem to end up everywhere by noon. Our staff spends a lot of time tieing shoelaces and helping with snacks. It’s a busy job. The road outside, Adhaarsheela Global School Road, gets quite crowded during drop-off and pick-up times. We see a lot of parents from the nearby apartments walking their children over to us. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us, the kids, and a lot of daily tasks. Sometimes the sink leaks or a light bulb needs changing, just like at any home. We try to keep the place tidy, but with toddlers, that’s a losing battle most days. The courtyard has some play equipment that gets a lot of use. We mostly focus on making sure the kids are safe and having a decent time while their parents are away. It is a lot of small moments put together throughout the week. We just keep the routine going and wait for the afternoon bell to ring.
