Being on the first floor means we have a bit of a view of the crowds below, but mostly we are just focused on what’s inside our four walls. We deal with food and drinks all day long. It involves a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and checking boxes. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a small operation, which means we all have to do a bit of everything.
