Avad Refinery P Ltd is located over at Ki 170A in Kavinagar. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our facility isn't something out of a magazine. It’s a functional building where we handle the refining process every day. It’s hot work sometimes, and the floors aren't always spotless, but that’s just the nature of what we do here. We have a small crew that shows up early to get the equipment started. Kavinagar has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same, just doing our daily tasks and keeping the output steady. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits walking around. Mostly, it’s just us in our work gear making sure the gauges are where they should be. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks with stacks of paperwork and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because people in the industry already know we are here. We just focus on the containers and the processing cycles. When the shift ends, we lock up the gates at Ki 170A and head home like everyone else. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us, and we don’t see any reason to change how we operate or try to look more important than we are.
