Our place is located at F-7 Agarsain Park over in Govindpuri. If you know Modinagar, you know it’s got a long history with industry and making things. ARS Technofab is right in the thick of it. We’ve been operating out of this Ghaziabad address for a bit now, and it’s a busy little corner. The 201301 area is always moving. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly stuff involving fabrication. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. There’s usually some grease on someone’s hands and the constant sound of metal or machines in the background. We aren't big on fancy titles or sitting in meetings all day. Usually, if there’s a problem, we just huddle up on the shop floor and talk it out until it’s fixed. The weather in Uttar Pradesh can be tough on the equipment, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance. We’ve got a small group of workers who’ve been with us for a while. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty stories about us. We just wanted a place where we could work for ourselves and build something that lasts. It’s a basic operation, honestly. We show up early, we stay late if we have to, and we go home tired. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we spend our time. It’s honest work and it suits us fine.
