Apna General Store

This is our little shop, Apna General Store, located at Fb-12 in Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad. If you are from around here in Ghaziabad, you know the area can be quite crowded and busy. We have been sitting in this exact spot for some time now. We sell basic groceries, cleaning supplies, and some dairy stuff. It is not a supermarket or anything big like that, just a small place where you can grab what you need quickly without a fuss. Usually, my son helps me out during the weekends when the crowd picks up. We get our stock from the bigger markets and try to keep the prices fair for all the neighbors. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we run out of fresh bread, which is annoying for everyone, but that's just how life goes. The shop floor is a bit narrow, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels very full. We have some jars of candy on the counter for the little ones who come in with their parents. It is nice seeing the same faces every single day. You get to know who likes which brand of tea or who always forgets to buy salt until the last minute. It’s nothing special, just an honest place to buy your daily groceries. We don't have a big sign or bright flashing lights, but everyone in the block knows where to find us.
