Ankur Conf.& General Store

We run Ankur Conf.& General Store here in Ghaziabad, right in the 201001 zip code area. It’s a mix of a confectionery and a general store, so we have snacks and sweets along with the usual household goods. Kids usually come in for biscuits or small candies after school, and their parents stop by for tea leaves or detergent. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. We’ve been operating for some time now, just trying to provide what the neighborhood needs. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights or anything, just a regular local shop. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the crates to sitting at the billing desk. Sometimes the change runs low, so we have to ask customers if they have smaller coins. It’s part of the daily routine. The shelves are mostly metal racks we’ve had for years. We try to stock the brands people like most, but we also keep some local options that are cheaper. Ghaziabad is a fast-growing place, and things around us are changing, but our store stays pretty much the same. It’s a reliable spot for the folks living nearby. We open up early and don't close until it’s dark. It's just what we do to keep things going for our family and the community here. Most days we are tired, but it's good work.
