Anchaltikoo

This is Anchaltikoo. You can find our spot at S-5, B/15 in the Jnc Regency building. That's right in Shalimar Garden, Extension II, over in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. The office itself is inside the residential complex. This makes it feel a bit more like a home than a standard workplace. Having operated from here for a good while, the people in the building mostly know what we are about. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s just a small group of us sitting together and working through whatever is on the list for that day. Sometimes the space gets a bit tight, especially when visitors drop by, but we make it work. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty and loud, but once you step inside, it’s just us and our computers. A big marketing budget or a sales team isn't something we have here. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. Staying small helps us stay focused on the actual work. Meetings don't really happen; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s very direct. There’s always a lot of paper moving around and the phone rings quite a bit. This is just a practical way to run things. Getting through the day's responsibilities is our main focus. Life here is busy but we like the routine. It works for us.
