Amrendra Foundation

We are the Amrendra Foundation and you can find us at Flat 22 in the UNI Apartments. We are located in Sector 11 of Vasundhara, pin code 201010. It is a pretty standard apartment building and our office is just one of the flats. We like it here because it is quiet and we are close to the people we are trying to help. We don't have a big flashy sign out front. Most people just know us through word of mouth. The flat is filled with books and files, and there is usually a pot of tea going. We are just a few regular people who decided to start something to help the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. We just sit around the kitchen table and figure out what needs to be done. Sometimes we are helping a local student find books and other times we are just talking to neighbors about their problems. Vasundhara is a nice area but there is always something that could be better. We don't claim to have all the answers. We just try to be useful. It’s not a fancy job and we don't get paid much, but we like the work. Being in an apartment makes us feel like part of the community rather than some separate business. We keep our doors open and anyone from the building can stop by if they have a question.
