Apsara Saree

Apsara Saree is located at A-12 in the Yamnotri Complex on Ambedkar Road. It is a straightforward shop where we keep all sorts of different sarees on the racks. The complex is pretty well-known around here, so finding us isn't too hard once you get onto Ambedkar Road. We aren't trying to be a high-end boutique with marble floors. It’s just a regular shop with good lighting and plenty of space to unfold the fabric so people can see the patterns. We spend most of our time folding and unfolding things, as you can imagine. It gets a bit repetitive, but we don't mind the work. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s a good location for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been at this spot for years and people know we are here. Sometimes the fans in the shop are a bit noisy, but they keep the air moving. We just focus on having enough items so that whoever comes in might find something they like. It’s a simple business run by people who know sarees. If you are in the Yamnotri Complex, just look for unit A-12 and you will find us there working most days. It’s our second home really.
