Our little spot for the Aadhaarstambh Education And Skill Development Foundation is over at 505-F in Raj Nagar. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We mostly focus on things like teaching and helping people pick up new skills because that is what seems most needed. The office is usually full of books and various materials we use for our sessions. Raj Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our window. We aren't trying to be some huge institution; we just want to help people get better at what they do. Sometimes the classroom area gets a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work by moving chairs around. It’s a bit of a scramble some days, especially when we’re trying to coordinate different classes at the same time. You’ll often find one of us fixing a projector or organizing a pile of handouts for the students. It is practical work, and we don't spend much time on fancy decorations. We’d rather spend that time talking to the students or planning out the next skill workshop. It is a bit worn around the edges, maybe the paint is peeling a little in the corner, but it’s a working office. We’re just regular people trying to pass on some knowledge to whoever wants to learn.
