Mirza Ghalib College

Mirza Ghalib College is located on Jagjivan Road, right inside the White House Compound in Gaya. It is a well-known spot in this part of Bihar. If you walk down the road, you see students coming and going at all hours of the day. The compound itself has an old feel to it. We have several buildings where the classes take place. The furniture is mostly made of wood and has been there for many years. Gaya is a place with a lot of history, and you can feel some of that when you walk through the gates here. We don't have a lot of modern glass walls or anything like that. It is more about the books and the people who come to study them. The halls can get quite noisy between the lectures. Teachers carry their registers and walk from one room to another. There is a lot of paperwork to handle, as you can imagine with a college. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to open the windows and keep going. It is a very normal place with regular people trying to get their degrees. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so they know the place inside out. We just focus on the daily routine of keeping the classrooms open and making sure the students have what they need to get through their exams at the end of the year.
