Happy Birthday Bakery & Veg Restaurant

I’ve been running this place on G B Road for a while now. It’s right there in Lahenia Tala. We mostly do cakes for kids' parties and regular veg meals for people passing by on the Main Road. It gets pretty busy around here in Gaya, especially during the evenings. The kitchen is always going. We don’t have fancy seating or anything like that, just a few tables where people sit down and eat their lunch. Mostly it's folks from the neighborhood or people visiting the temples. We make sure the bread is fresh every morning. Sometimes the delivery guys are a bit late because of the traffic on the main road, but we try to keep things moving. I usually handle the counter myself while the cooks are in the back. It's not a big operation, just a local spot where you can get a decent meal without spending too much. The bakery side keeps us on our toes with all the birthday orders coming in. We used to have a smaller oven but upgraded last year to keep up. It's loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re right on the street like this. People know us for the simple stuff. Nothing complicated, just regular food for regular days. If you’re walking past the hospital area or coming from the station, you'll probably see our sign hanging out front. It's a bit faded now, but it's still there.
