Ziv Construction (OPC) Private Limited is located at 632P, Sector-15 Part-I. This is where we run everything from. It’s a quiet part of the sector, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on construction plans or budgets. Being an OPC, or one person company, means things are pretty personal around here. It’s not a huge office with rows of computers. Instead, it’s a functional space at 632P where the real work happens. Sector-15 Part-I is a familiar place for us. We’ve been based here for a while and don’t see a reason to move. Ziv Construction (OPC) Private Limited is about getting the job done without any unnecessary drama. We have some tools stored in the back and a desk in the front where we talk to people. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days it's completely silent. That's just how the construction business goes. We don't use big words or try to sound like we're more than we are. We're just a local outfit trying to build things properly. The walls at 632P could use a fresh coat of paint, but we'd rather spend that money on better equipment. It’s a practical choice. We know our way around the sector and most of the local suppliers know us too. It’s a small community and we’re happy to be a part of it. It’s a simple way of handling things for a small outfit.
