You can find us over at D-157 on the ground floor in Sector 27 of Noida. It is a straightforward office for Shipra Estate Limited. We have been around this part of India for quite a bit. Usually, the office is full of maps, blueprints, and people coming in to ask about property stuff. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for folks to just walk in off the street. Noida is always under construction somewhere, so there is always noise from trucks and tools outside. We spend our mornings going through documents and checking on site progress. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and people looking to buy. Sometimes the printers jam right when we need a contract, which is a real pain. We are not trying to be fancy here. The furniture is a bit old, and the files are stacked up high on the cabinets. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We know the neighbors around Sector 27 pretty well by now. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up for our breaks. Working in real estate means you hear a lot of stories from people looking for new homes. We just try to give them the facts and keep the paperwork moving along. It is steady work, and we like being right here in the middle of everything.
