Our spot is out in the Surajpur Industrial Area. We are specifically located at D 212-215 in EPIP Site 5. Since it is an industrial zone, it is definitely not the quietest place to spend your day. You can hear trucks rumbling past and the sound of machinery from the neighbors all day long. K V Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this corner for a good while. We spend most of our time looking at maps and dealing with the site supervisors. There is always a lot of dust around here because of all the factories and the construction work nearby. We have a small team where everyone has to do a bit of everything. One minute you are answering the door and the next you are trying to figure out a structural drawing. It gets incredibly hot in the office during the summer months out here. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with big fancy meetings. We usually just sit around the main table and try to figure out the work schedule for the coming week. Most of our work is just about getting the foundations right and making sure the labor is sorted. It is a lot of back and forth with the guys on the ground. There is usually a cup of tea somewhere on a desk that has gone cold because we got distracted by a phone call.
