YOGYA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

The office for Yogya Constructions Private Limited is tucked away in Halsi Ganj, over at 53/T-2/13 in Basantpur Mutnaja. It is actually at Rakesh Kumar Gupta’s place, so it feels more like a home than some big corporate building. We have been doing construction stuff in the local area for a good bit now. It is mostly us sitting around the table planning out where the next pile of bricks needs to go for a client. Construction is messy and loud, but we are used to it by now and we don't mind the noise. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to answer phones all day. It is just a few of us making sure the work gets done right on the site. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and the phone rings more than we would like, but that is just the business. We focus on getting houses and walls built for people in the neighborhood. Basantpur Mutnaja is a quiet place mostly, so we try not to make too much of a mess when we are working on a new project. We use local materials whenever we can find them at a fair price. It is simple work, really. You dig a deep hole, pour the concrete, and start stacking. There is no real magic to it, just a lot of sweat and checking the levels constantly. We have had some long days and some short ones, but the roofs stay on and the floors are flat.
