Yh Construction Private Limited is situated at Plot No. 344 in the Kasna Ecotech 1 Extension area of Greater Noida. This part of Gautam Budh Nagar is always buzzing with some kind of activity. Our location in 201301 is right in the heart of where all the industrial and residential growth is happening. We spend our hours juggling different tasks, from checking on site supervisors to making sure the billing is somewhat correct. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few benches for visitors, and a lot of physical files because we still like having things on paper. Greater Noida can feel a bit spread out, so we spend a lot of time in the car going from one plot to another. The dust out here is something else, especially when the wind picks up across the open ground. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. It’s just us trying to make sure the concrete is poured right and the walls go up straight. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit around and talk shop until it comes back on. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We know the local area well and we just keep our heads down and focus on whatever project is currently on the table. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
