It is a bit of a drive out depending on where you are coming from, but it is where we have our roots. Lucknow is growing fast and there is a lot of construction everywhere you look. We wanted to contribute to that in our own way. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our ledgers and take meetings. We work with a lot of local people and try to keep things straightforward. No one here likes to use big words or make promises that don't make sense. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to be done, and then we do it. Sometimes the rains slow us down, or materials show up late, but that is just how the infra business goes in this part of the world. We have a lot of respect for the land here in Madar Mau. Being based out of Lucknow means we understand the local challenges and the way people like to communicate. It's about being regular people doing a regular job.
