Our office for XCT Developers Private Limited is tucked away in NRI-City Plots, specifically at Unit No-C-444. It’s a decent enough spot, close to the main action but quiet enough to actually get work done. We spend a lot of our time dealing with plot development and the various bits of planning that go into it. It’s not always exciting, honestly. There is a lot of back and forth with maps and land records. The team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for a bit. We don't have those fancy glass-walled offices you see in the city center. Ours is more about practicality. We have our desks, some old files, and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. People stop by to ask about the plots or just to see what’s available in NRI-City. Greater Noida is expanding so much that there is always a new project to look at. We just try to stay on top of the local developments. It can get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we manage to sort it out. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there, just in doing a proper job with the developments we handle. Most days, you can find us here from nine till six. It is a steady routine that keeps us focused on the local land.
