VRINDAKRISHAN REALTY LLP

VrindaKrishan Realty LLP is basically us working out of Flat 1041 in Tower Zinnia. It’s inside Gaur Saundaryam in Greater Noida. Since it’s a residential building, it feels more like a home than a regular office. We have a couple of desks set up in the living area. Dealing with property around Dadri and Gautam Buddha Nagar keeps us busy most days. You know how it is with real estate, lots of phone calls and driving around to show people different spots. Sometimes we meet clients downstairs in the common area because it’s easier than coming up to the tenth floor. The view from the tower is alright, you can see all the new construction happening nearby. We started this because we knew the area well. It’s not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to make a living and helping people find a place to stay or invest in. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, especially with the rules changing things. We spend a lot of time on our laptops. My partner handles the site visits while I stay back to manage the calls. It gets quiet in the afternoons. We usually grab lunch from the local spots around the complex. It’s a simple life, honestly. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to do right by the people who trust us. Moving around this part of Uttar Pradesh takes a lot of time in traffic, so we plan our days carefully.
