Our setup for Verma Developers Llp is actually inside Netaji Subhash Appartment. We are in Flat No. 123, which is in Phase 1, Pocket 1 of Sector 13. It’s more of a home-office vibe than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way because it keeps the costs down and we can focus on the actual developing work. We handle residential projects mostly. Being in Sector 13 means we are close to a lot of what's happening in the area. The office is a bit small, especially when we have the whole team in for a meeting, but we manage. You’ll find maps on the walls and plenty of pens that don’t work. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some global firm. We’re just local people building homes for other local people. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the city and checking on the workers at the sites. Some days are slow and we just catch up on filing. Other days are a total mess of phone calls and missing materials. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we don't panic much anymore.
