VDS INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is run out of Flat No B-02, A3 Homes, which is in Sector-121. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than a main road office. We do infracon work, which covers a lot of different construction and technical tasks. Being in Sector-121, we are close to a lot of new developments happening in the Noida area. It is a small setup here. We use the flat as our main base for all the administration and planning. Most of our actual work happens at sites across the region. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. We prefer to keep our overhead low and just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is here at once to discuss a new job, but we make it work. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We handle the day-to-day problems that come with any construction job, like late deliveries or changing plans at the last minute. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a job is going to be hard or take a long time, we say so. It’s just about being honest and getting through the workload. We’ve been around the Noida area for some time now and we know the local suppliers and contractors. It is a decent way to spend our time, and we like being part of the local growth.
