Vasusthali Spacedevelopers is on the second floor of Shivam Palace, Flat No. 3. We are located in Sector-7 of Indira Nagar, right off Faizabad Road in Lucknow. It’s a busy little office where we spend most of our time planning out space and development projects. We aren't a massive corporation with a bunch of fancy titles. We're just people who know how to develop land and buildings. Indira Nagar is a well-known spot, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with people. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to paperwork and site management. It can be exhausting, but seeing a project finally finish makes it worth it. We don't use those polished corporate phrases you see everywhere. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some days we are stuck in meetings with city officials, and other days we are out in the sun checking on progress. It’s a balance. We’ve been working out of Shivam Palace for a bit now, and it suits us just fine. We just want to do good work that stands the test of time. There’s no secret formula to it; it’s just about putting in the hours and dealing with problems as they come up. That’s how we’ve always done it, and we don't see any reason to change now.
