You can find us on the third floor of N-12 in Sector 18. If you know Noida, you know how hectic this area gets. It’s the main hub for everything, so there’s always noise and people moving about. We’ve been tucked away up here for a good while. Being on the third floor means we’re away from the street level chaos, but we can still see everything happening below. The office is full of maps and old files from years of planning trips. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at computer screens, trying to piece together itineraries for people. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s just dealing with delays or fixing mistakes in bookings. We have a small team, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don’t need much direction. There are days when the lift is slow, and we have to walk the stairs, which isn’t great, but it’s part of the deal. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there. We just tell them what we know based on what we’ve seen. The office isn't anything fancy—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We like the energy of Sector 18, even if it gets a bit much sometimes. It’s a good place to be if you want to stay in the middle of things. We just keep doing our thing and helping people get where they need to go.
