Celebrations Events Private Limited

We are located over in Jaipuria Plaza, occupying rooms 201 and 204 on the first floor. It's right across from the DPS school in Sector 26. The plaza is usually quite busy with parents and students, so there is always something going on outside. Celebrations Events is our small company. We spend most of our time at these desks, planning out logistics and talking to vendors. It's not a flashy office. We have some files, a few computers, and a lot of notebooks filled with dates and names. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for different types of gatherings. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking lists twice. Sometimes we are out at sites for days, and the office sits empty. Other times, we are all crammed in here trying to meet a deadline. We don't use big corporate words or have a fancy mission statement. We just try to make sure that when someone hires us, the chairs show up and the lights turn on. It is a lot of coordination work. Sector 26 is a good base for us because it's central. We've been doing this for a while, so we know which local suppliers are reliable and which ones aren't. We aren't a massive corporation, just a group of people who are good at organizing things. It is hard work, often with long nights, but we just keep at it and hope the events go off without any big problems.
