It’s right there in Omaxe 1 in Greater Noida, which is always noisy with all the new construction going on. Being on the second floor is nice because we can look out and see how the area is changing every day. We spend most of our time dealing with different contracts and talking to subcontractors who are working on various plots. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs and getting a bit of a workout. The office isn't anything special, just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a whole lot of files. We don’t go in for big corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the projects we took on are actually moving forward. Greater Noida is a big place and it's easy to get lost in all the sectors, but we’ve been around Omaxe for a while now. We know most of the suppliers around here, which helps when we need things in a hurry. Usually, our days end late because there’s always one more email to send or a drawing to check. It’s just us doing our bit to keep the local building work going without making too much of a fuss about it.
