You can find Vamika Infratech (OPC) Private Limited over at 584 GA /68 in the New Gudaura area, specifically within the Mansarover Yojna. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t used to this side of town, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. Being an OPC, or a one-person company, means things are handled very directly here. There isn't a long chain of command or a big board of directors to deal with. It’s mostly just the core work getting done in a small space that we’ve made our own. The office has a very local feel to it, tucked into a part of Lucknow that is still growing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. When we are there, it’s usually to handle the paperwork that comes with infratech work. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas; just a few chairs and a desk where the real work happens. It’s a practical way to run a business. We chose Mansarover Yojna because it felt like a place with potential, and we’ve been here long enough to see more houses and shops popping up around us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can talk to. Every day brings a different challenge.
