V S K Events

Our place is at B-28 in Sector 9. If you know this part of Noida, you know it's a lot of commercial buildings and people busy with work. V S K Events has been here for a bit, tucked away in this block. We do a lot of the heavy lifting for events, literally. We’ve got equipment stored here and we spend a good chunk of our time loading and unloading trucks. It’s not a quiet job. We handle everything from corporate meetings to local community festivals. Most of the time, our desks are covered in schedules and maps of different venues. We aren't the type to wear suits and sit in meetings all day. We’d rather be on the ground making sure the stage is sturdy or the lights are plugged in correctly. Sector 9 is a good spot for us because we can get to almost any part of the city fairly quickly from here. We’ve had days where everything goes perfectly and days where the rain tries to ruin everything, but we just keep moving. It’s a practical business. We don't promise things we can't do. If we say we will have the chairs there by noon, we usually do. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living by helping people organize their stuff. There is always something to fix or a cable that’s gone missing, but we enjoy the puzzle.
