Uzair Stationers & Gift Shop

Uzair Stationers & Gift Shop is tucked away in Jogabai Sector 19, specifically at C 470/A. It’s a small spot, really, but we manage to fit a lot of things inside. If you walk past, you’ll see notebooks stacked high and pens hanging in those plastic strips. We started this place because we knew people around here always need something for school or the office. It isn’t a big corporate store, just a neighborhood shop where I know most of the faces that come through the door. Some mornings start early when the kids are heading to class and realize they forgot a geometry box or a certain type of paper they need for a project. We have those gift items too, mostly simple things like clocks or small toys that people buy when they’re in a hurry for a party. The shop can feel a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. I spend a lot of time sorting through the inventory, making sure the calculators have batteries and the ink hasn’t dried up in the pens on display. There’s a lot of paper dust that settles on everything, so I’m usually wiping down the glass counters with a cloth. It’s a quiet life in this part of Sector 19, but we stay busy enough throughout the day. There’s no fancy marketing here, just us sitting behind the counter, helping people find a specific notebook or a nice piece of wrapping paper for a birthday gift.
