We are over at 33-1802 in Lotus Boulevard Espacia, right in Sector-100. It’s a busy place and we spend most of our time here at the office or out on sites where the work is actually happening. UROOJ BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED has been around for a bit now, focusing on the day-to-day tasks of building and making sure things get finished. If you come by the Espacia tower, you'll see us busy with paperwork or talking to contractors. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints and site plans lying around, but that is just how it goes when you are really working. We started this because we knew how to handle the materials and the labor involved in construction. It isn't always easy, and there are many long days where we are just trying to keep everything on schedule. Most of our guys have been doing this for years, so we just stick to what we know. Being in Sector-100 means we are close to a lot of the newer projects, which helps us stay on top of things. We don’t have fancy receptionists or big corporate meetings. Instead, we just sit down, look at what needs to be built, and figure out a way to do it without making a fuss. It’s just how we operate. We’re usually here Monday through Saturday, unless we are stuck at a site until late in the evening. There is always something that needs fixing or moving.
