If you look for us, we’re in Mz-24 at Ansal Fortune Arcade in Sector-18, Noida. That part of Gautam Budh Nagar is always buzzing, so there is plenty of noise coming from the street. Tucsontree Developers Private Limited is based right here in the middle of all that activity. Our office is a practical space, mostly used for meetings with contractors and sorting out the legal paperwork that comes with development work in Uttar Pradesh. We don’t have a lot of flashy decorations. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and some old computers that we use to track our progress. The daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and checking on site supervisors to make sure everything is moving. Noida is a tough place to build because everything changes so fast. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the rules. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust and long hours spent looking at site plans under dim lights. Sometimes we lose track of time and stay late finishing up a bid or checking a budget. We are just a bunch of regular people who know a lot about how things get built in this town. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just show up every morning, drink our coffee, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the table.
