Top 2 Bottom Contractors Private Limited

We call ourselves Top 2 Bottom Contractors. Our office is up on the 2nd floor, room number 1414. It’s in Sector 110, which is part of the Tdi area. It’s a fairly modern part of town with a lot of activity. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. The name kind of says what we do. We try to handle everything on a job from the roof down to the floor. Being on the second floor means we get a good view of the street below. Sector 110 is getting more crowded every month. There are always new shops and apartments opening up nearby. We are right in the mix of it. The office is usually full of maps and material samples. We have a small team. We aren’t some giant firm with hundreds of employees and layers of bosses. It’s just a handful of us who know the business well. We spend a lot of our time visiting sites to make sure things are going okay and the work is moving along. Then we come back here to finish the paperwork and talk to suppliers. Tdi is a good location because it’s easy for people to find and get to. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. It’s a simple way to run a business. The coffee here is okay, though we usually prefer tea from the shop downstairs. We just keep pluggin' away.
