Technostruct Institute Of Building Construction Management Private Limited is located at 213, on the 2nd floor of Ocus Quantam in Sector-51. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we just call it Technostruct around the office. We spend our days here focusing on the management side of building and construction. Being on the second floor of Ocus Quantam gives us a bit of a view of Sector-51, which is always busy. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some computers, some old desks, and a lot of books about construction. We aren't trying to be the fanciest institute out there. We just want to provide a place where people can learn the practical side of things. Sector-51 is a good location because it's easy for people to get to. We’ve been at 213 for a bit now, and the space feels lived-in. There are coffee stains on some of the tables and the printer jams once a week like clockwork. But it’s where we work and we’re comfortable here. Technostruct Institute Of Building Construction Management Private Limited isn't about flashy brochures. It’s about the people who come here and the work we do every day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who know their stuff. It’s a quiet, hardworking environment and that’s exactly how we like it.
