Swabhoomi Infra Private Limited is located on the first floor of Plot No-29 in Sector-142. We are right here in Gautam Buddha Nagar, which has been growing a lot lately. Our office is nothing special, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with land or building projects. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at different plots. It gets quite hot in the summer out there, but you have to see the ground for yourself to know what you’re dealing with. Sometimes we are juggling three or four different things at once and it gets a bit hectic. We aren't the type of people to sit in air conditioning all day. If there’s a site to visit, we’re out the door. The traffic in this area can be a real headache, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We started this because we knew the local area well and wanted to be part of the building work happening around here. It's not always smooth sailing. Dealing with permits and getting materials on time can be a struggle. But we just keep at it day by day. We talk to the laborers and the suppliers ourselves to make sure things move along. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes things get delayed, but we deal with it as it comes.
