You can find SSN HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED at Shop No G-2 on the ground floor of the Sumangalam Complex. We are located in the Kehrai area, specifically at Khasra No-147. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just wander in when they see our sign. The complex is usually pretty busy with people coming and going from the other shops. We aren't a big, polished company. Our office is a bit small, and we have samples of tiles and bricks tucked into the corners. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to build and what their budget looks like. Construction in Kehrai is always a challenge because of the logistics, but we’ve managed to figure it out over time. We have a small crew and we spend a lot of time out at the different housing sites making sure things are being done correctly. It’s a lot of work to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we have issues with the electricity at the site, or a delivery of steel is short, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone. We don't try to sound like we’re anything special. We’re just a local business trying to build houses that people can actually live in. At the end of the day, we lock up the shop in Sumangalam Complex and head home, only to start the whole process over again the next morning.
