You can find us at Plot No A-3 in the Sector-Ecotech-1 Extension. This is over in Greater Noida, in the Gautam Buddha Nagar area. Ssgv Projects Private Limited is mostly about managing construction and project sites around this industrial part of the city. Greater Noida is always under construction it feels like, so there is never a shortage of things to do. Our office is right in the middle of all the new developments. It can be pretty dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't a corporate office with suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes because we’re constantly stepping out to check on a project. We deal with everything from the initial ground clearing to the final touches on a building. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different rules and inspections in this sector. We just take it one day at a time. Sometimes we stay late at the plot just to finish up some drawings or wait for a late delivery. We’ve been in this area long enough to know how things work here. It’s a practical business, and we focus on getting the physical work done rather than talking about it. We just want to finish the job and move on to the next one.
