SPKS Infratech LLP is based out of Gaur Atulyam in Sector Omicron 1, over in Greater Noida. Our office is actually in apartment A905/9F. It’s a bit different running a business from a residential building, but it works for us right now. The views from the ninth floor are actually pretty good when the weather is clear and not too hazy. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on the phone coordinating things with site supervisors. Dealing with the Gautam Buddha Nagar authorities and local construction sites keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. Traffic in Greater Noida can be a bit of a headache, especially near the main sectors, so we try to plan our site visits carefully to avoid the rush. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees or a glass skyscraper. It’s more of a focused group of us handling infra work and consulting. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, which makes us late for meetings occasionally, but people understand how it goes. We just use simple English to talk to our clients and don't bother with fancy presentations if they aren't needed.
