SIDDHARTHAM PROMOTERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Noida. Our office is at 153 A, on the 5th floor of Tower-A in Corenthum Tower. That’s at Plot No-A 41, Sector-62, 201301. It is a large building with many other offices, but we've been here for a bit. Being in Sector-62 keeps us close to a lot of other businesses in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We work as promoters and developers, which basically means we find land and try to make something useful out of it. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at blueprints. We have a small team sitting here in the office handling the logistics. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when the paperwork starts piling up. We try to stay focused on the projects we have going on. Noida is growing fast and there is always something new happening. We just do our bit to contribute to that growth. We don't go for big marketing campaigns. We prefer to just let the buildings speak for themselves once they are finished. Most of our time is spent on the phone or at computer screens making sure everything is aligned. It’s a steady pace of work. We appreciate the space we have here at Corenthum Tower. It gives us a good base to manage everything from. There is a lot to keep track of, but we get through the week.
