SHUBHVIDI CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Shubhvidi Constructions is based right out of Sector 121 in Noida. We operate from Flat 302 in Tower E-3 at Cleo County. It’s a quiet spot to get our work done away from the main construction sites. Being an OPC means it’s a small, focused operation. There aren't layers of management here. If something needs to be decided, it happens fast. We spend most of our time out on the field or sitting here at the desk looking at site reports. Noida is growing fast, and there is always something being built nearby. We try to keep our heads down and focus on our specific tasks. People often ask what it's like running a construction company from an apartment, but it works for us. It keeps our costs down and lets us stay close to where the action is in Sector 121. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, and the deadlines are tight, but that is just part of the life. We deal with suppliers and contractors every day, making sure things move forward bit by bit.
