You'll find our office in Sector-63, Noida, right at E-160. If you know this part of Noida, you know it’s packed with offices and people rushing around all the time. Shri Drive Realty is tucked in here among all the other buildings on the street. Most of our day is spent looking at property listings or driving out to Gautam Buddha Nagar to see how things are looking on the ground at the various sites. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of people; we’re just a small team trying to get things done right. There is always a lot of tea being made in the office while we go over contracts and talk to clients on the phone. Real estate in Uttar Pradesh can be tricky because there are so many rules to keep track of every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different people trying to clear up questions or sort out delays. It gets pretty hot in the summer months so we try to stay inside as much as possible during the afternoon hours. The work is steady and there is always something that needs fixing or checking before the day is over. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on the work at hand. We've been here a while now.
