Our office for SHREE SHAYAMA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is actually located inside an apartment complex. We are at Flat No-1235 in the Zinnia Tower of Gaur Saundaryam. This is over in Greater Noida West. It is a bit unusual to run a construction company from a flat, but it works for us. It keeps us right in the middle of a big residential hub where lots of building work is always going on. From our window, we can see other towers going up. We spend a lot of time on our phones or computers coordinating with workers and managers at different sites. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we have to store, but we manage. Being in Gaur Saundaryam means we are part of the local community here. We do not have a big sign outside or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by looking up our address. It is a busy life, and the phone never really stops ringing. We handle all the administrative stuff from this flat. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because that is where the most space is. It is just a real, working environment without any of the corporate polish you might expect. We just focus on the construction jobs we have and try to do things the right way every day. The lift in the tower is always busy, but we get used to it.
