You can find us over at the Ramesher Dayal Complex in Sector 22. We’re on the 1st floor of Plot No-11. Shree Shanidev Buildtech Private Limited started up because we saw a lot of folks in Noida needing practical help with their building work. Noida moves fast, but we try to take things at a steady pace so nothing gets missed. It’s a busy spot here in Sector 22, plenty of shops and people always coming and going. We mostly handle the technical side of building and construction tech. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and meet with people to talk about their plans. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk or big presentations. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the materials are what they’re supposed to be. Some days it’s just a lot of phone calls to vendors and other days we’re out on the road checking on things. Living and working in the 201301 area means we deal with the same heat and traffic as everyone else, which keeps us grounded. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning as we go. It’s a small team, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and we don’t lose track of what’s happening on the ground with each project we take on.
