Shivansh Builders And Promoters Private Limited is located over in Sector-151 at Jaypee Aman. Our office is actually in Flat No- 204 on the 2nd floor of Tower-19. It is a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it makes things feel more personal. We have a clear view of the surrounding area from the windows, which helps us keep an eye on how the sector is developing. Tower-19 is quite tall, but being on the 2nd floor means we don't have to wait for the elevator for too long when we are in a rush. We spend most of our time at the desk in Flat 204 handling the promotion side of things and talking to builders. It is a simple setup with a few computers and some comfortable chairs for when people come to visit. Sector-151 is a bit far out for some, but it is where a lot of the new construction is happening. We like the energy of Jaypee Aman because there are always people moving in and things being built nearby. We aren't into big corporate speeches or looking more important than we are. We just focus on the projects we have and making sure they get finished. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and look at floor plans, while other days are chaotic with phone calls. It is just a normal office run by normal people in a high-rise.
